Sandy has a passion working with companies in transition who are seeking to maintain their legacy and engage their workforce through employee ownership. She has worked for over 20 years advising companies about employee ownership or assisting them after the transaction. After spending over 30 years in public accounting, she now serves on ESOP company boards, educates companies on the ESOP alternative, and will lead a transition to employee ownership. Sandy is on the finance committee of the ESOP Association, is a member of the NCEO, and speaks at ESOP conferences across the nation.
